Device Limits
Pro Tier
Up to 3 devices per license. Personal use only. Activate on your desktop, laptop, and HTPC.
Lifetime Tier
Up to 5 devices per license. Same personal-use policy. Great for multi-PC households.
Transferring
Deactivate an old device in Settings → License, then activate on the new one. No support ticket needed.
Offline-First Validation
Nymara validates your license locally using an Ed25519 public key embedded in the app. No internet connection is required to use Pro features. An optional online check can verify that your key hasn't been revoked.
License FAQ
Where do I enter my license key?
Open Nymara, go to Settings → License, paste your key, and click Activate. The app validates the key locally and unlocks Pro features immediately.
What happens when Pro expires?
Free features keep working exactly as before. Adult and anime tabs show a locked overlay. Your already-organized files remain untouched. You can hide locked tabs entirely in Settings.
I lost my license key. Can you resend it?
Contact [email protected] with the email address you used to purchase. We'll look up your order and resend the key. Include your order ID if you have it.
Can I use my license on multiple PCs?
Yes. Pro allows up to 3 devices, Lifetime up to 5. All must be for personal use. Commercial or shared-server use requires a separate license. Contact us for enterprise pricing.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for both Pro and Lifetime. Contact [email protected] with your order ID. Refunded keys are revoked with a 7-day grace period so you can export any settings.
What if my key gets revoked?
Keys are only revoked for refunds or chargebacks. If revoked, you receive a 7-day grace period before reverting to Free tier. You'll see a clear notification in the app with the remaining days.
